I asked why the keys could not be picked up earlier in the day, so you are on time for your appointment as a realtor. He had no other excuse to give and told me that he has been working this way for 30 years and has not received a single complaint about it until now. I find that this procedure is absolutely not customer-friendly; I expect the realtor to be present on time with the keys to the relevant property. I would have actually given your process no stars, but on Google I must give at least one star, so I am doing so here. Good luck doing business like this.
