Get an appraisal for a mortgage done by Bram Bodelier. The appointment could be arranged quickly, the report followed quickly too, even before we actually signed for the house. That gives a lot less stress since we now had clarity about the value of the property. And that was even slightly higher than expected

The realtor was clear and concise, clearly indicated what could and couldn't be done. The realtor kept to her agreements and expertly guided and completed the sales process. In short, a superb realtor whom I can recommend to everyone.

Last week I submitted a request for an appraisal. It was stated that this would take 5 working days. Those have now passed. I assume you, as estate agents, understand that when you request an appraisal report there is some time pressure involved. It's scandalous that this appointment isn't being kept.

Another company that doesn't care about customers at all. They know people are desperately looking for a house, so they simply don't respond when they know there’s always someone else available. SHAME!

Unfriendly treatment, appointments not kept. Conversations cut off on the phone and at the counter. Good at pointing fingers at others but unable to think together about a solution. Viewing as a race, 5 hours home seems very important. Nice room but very unfriendly broker! Not recommended.
