The contact went poorly, I had to ask myself what the status was. I missed the involvement of the real estate agent. I didn't feel that he was there for me as a buyer, but he advocated more for the seller. Afterwards it turned out that he also managed to sell the seller's house for a good price (conflicting interests) and with me there was no negotiation possible, but my house went away for well below the asking price!!!

Rules for negotiating a price went out the door in 2021, but Martijn was exceptionally talented at guiding us through the purchasing process and even helped us view houses (and spot things we otherwise wouldn't have noticed). A completely positive experience with Hypodomus. After having a viewing ourselves at a house that was being sold by hypodomus, we were already enthusiastic. Nevertheless, we invited several real estate agents for a meeting when we started selling our own house. Our choice was based on our viewing, the conversation with Robert and the professional listings on Funda. Later we knew for sure that our choice was correct. From the moment the photos were taken, to the many contacts with the ladies and gentlemen at the office. The entire team is incredibly customer-focused. Where we ultimately received almost 80 interested parties, hypodomus did everything possible to allow as many people as possible to take a look. That is admirable. The first impression of Hypodomus was reasonable. They sold our apartment quickly and for the price we asked. Overall, they did their job, but didn't go above and beyond in any way. We were generally not impressed with their services. After the sale of our apartment, however, they continued to contact us for months (more than half a year after initially contacting us) requesting payment of startup costs that we had already arranged at the beginning of doing business. Despite having sent them multiple emails with the transaction as an attachment, they continued to contact us in an attempt to get us to pay again for expenses we had already paid and proven. It's not only annoying but also poor customer service. Ultimately, we would no longer use their services and would not recommend them to others.

If you are looking for a realtor in Leiden or Leiderdorp, this is the best choice! Super service, expertise, great team.

Fluid, friendly, informal and very expert contact. The apartment was sold within two weeks. It was nice that all viewings (25 pieces) were shared with us via a short description. This gave us a good picture of the interest from potential buyers. Incredibly fine real estate agency. They respond quickly and appropriately, offer advice when needed, and take tasks off your hands. The agents can do their job well with the viewings because there's an incredibly strong back office team. Although Rick Rijnbeek is certainly not the cheapest of the Leiden real estate agents, we think it’s every cent worth.
