Accidentally came across KamerRaad via Pararius. Where the house on photos usually appears larger and can be a bit disappointing in reality, this was not the case at all with KamerRaad. The photos were a good reflection of the house. The contact with Isa is nice and clear, both in person and via email. During the viewing we saw a number of things that still needed to be fixed, at the time of the key handover each of these points had been addressed. Even after the key handover, the contact is clear and quick and real thought is given instead of looking for the cheapest solution. We are happy with a manager like KamerRaad!

We had a great experience with Sammy from KamarRaad. We were a 'walk-in' customer after we had found the property ourselves and had confirmed it in their display window. She helped us arrange a viewing the next day. She was extremely helpful in arranging the signing of the rental agreement before the short period we had in Leiden to find an apartment was over. Also, when we came back the following month to have the lease agreement executed, she met us at the apartment on her way to work and handed us the keys. She was also very attentive during the first month to make sure we were satisfied and to answer any questions from the landlord.

I actually never share my experiences in a review, but sometimes a person has to make an exception. It's extremely stressful when your campus contract's expiration date is approaching, and I'm glad to say that I managed to get through it thanks to KamerRaad! You can easily pop by (just a small 5 minutes from the station) to indicate where you're looking for and they really put themselves in your shoes. Within three viewings I found exactly what I wanted: a nice studio in the middle of the city at an affordable price. Not only me, but also multiple people around me were able to find a nice home in the same way very quickly. Definitely a recommendation!

A studio rented through KamerRaad. Good and fast service in English and all the necessary documents (contract etc.) were also provided in English. They could arrange everything according to my wishes (such as an earlier move-in date). The brokerage fees were also not too high.

The agency is very efficient (I was especially impressed by the speed and professionalism of Sammy, the agent from the agency I had contact with). The way in which the rental agreement is drawn up is very serious and the documents they provide you with are extremely clear (and in English, if you're international). The side effect of this is the price of the commission fees, which was a bit higher than I had expected. But well, that's how real estate agencies work in the Netherlands.
