Gilbert had miscalculated the price, sold it well below the asking price. Little initiative to keep us as buyers informed of the progress of viewings and bids. When inquiring how a viewing went, there was a response, but not proactively.

Unreliable and careless. They don't have their affairs in order. The broker didn't show up for the scheduled viewing. They supposedly contacted me by phone, but I had no missed calls or voicemail. They could have simply sent me an email to cancel the viewing.

The contact went great. Everything was discussed openly and transparently. The broker even helped with setting up a new VvE. Nothing but praise for this broker.

Unreliable, poor communication. We sold our house through Kompas in December. It seemed as if our real estate agent was working for the buyer instead of us. We felt manipulated and pressured to let our house go below the desired price. No conversation was possible; Gilbert only made necessary contact himself, and he wasn't present at the transfer. The link to write a review closed before we could do so. I asked twice for the possibility to write a review, with no response whatsoever. We will not recommend this real estate agent to anyone. It is noticeable that on their site only great stories are displayed. Not difficult if you hide dissatisfied customers.
