Very bad and false realtor! When contacting this realtor, I received the advice to sell through them and not myself because it would go much better through them. Not so! The promise was 2 realtors present during the sale of my property in a rented state while taking photos and they would measure everything. Only the photographer was there and no measuring took place. My property was listed on Funda as an apartment and not as a real estate object. Because no interested buyer contacted me with interest over a period of months, I started taking action myself and it turned out that several interested parties were there who even came to view and made offers on my property. I informed the realtor that I had sold the property myself and then suddenly the story appeared that they had a buyer without having seen anything?! I stated that I only want to pay the photographer, which has now been done, and a small amount for setting it up on Funda. The realtor is not coming with an invoice of € 7,000,- due to the sale not going through because I sold it myself but the full € 18,000,-! I am not finished with this realtor. Also, there are enough contradictory reports from this realtor in which you can see that they are lying to each other.

Two sales actions: the first action of 4 months failed due to insufficient insight into and control of the buyer's financial position. The second action proceeded reasonably as expected. We cannot escape the impression that the broker has more care and attention for the buyer than for the seller.

Nevertheless, we still had to pay the full amount, even after filing a complaint. The purchase contract was still full of errors, including our personal details. This was very unprofessional.
