Dramatic experience with Tweelwonen; if possible, definitely don't rent from them! We had a year of problems with the wifi, where responses to most emails only came after weeks and many reminders, and additionally every time it was said that a technician would come by, which we never saw. Upon handing over the house, everything was covered in dust, there were still belongings of the previous residents left in the house that we had to clean up ourselves, and we had to perform some repairs ourselves to make the house habitable (e.g., the loose handrail). In addition, during our rental period, we provided the property with more amenities at our own expense (e.g., installed an extractor hood, installed a new shower, and made a connection for a dishwasher in the kitchen), which Tweel subsequently obliged us to leave as is, but did not want to pay for. When we terminated our lease, we had a final inspection, and the condition of the house was clearly in much better condition than upon handover. In addition to the aforementioned upgrades, we did hand over the house clean, like normal people. Tweel still dares to deduct almost €90 from the deposit for so-called 'cleaning costs', while they couldn't do this before we moved into the apartment. I have emailed about this several times, but now simply receive no response. Easy way to make money like that. Tweelwonen, the rogues of real estate brokerage. Really never, but really never do business with them!
