Review for Wessel as selling agent I have had an excellent experience with Wessel as my selling agent. The communication flowed very smoothly and clearly, and he always responded quickly to my questions or requests. In addition, I found him incredibly friendly and involved, which made the entire sales process much more pleasant. Normally, I like to keep a close eye on such processes myself, but due to circumstances that was not possible this time. Fortunately, thanks to Wessel, it wasn't necessary at all. He took the process completely out of my hands and gave me confidence that everything would be handled properly. What I also really appreciated was that he thought carefully and always came up with appropriate solutions and advice. His expertise shone through in every step of the process, making me feel like I was in good hands. I highly recommend Wessel as a real estate agent if you want to sell or buy a new home. Wessel is a great person and professional in his work. After an interview with 3 agents, we selected him. He sold our apartment in Leiden (Cronestein) above expectations. He did +20 viewings for our apartment and everything afterwards went very smoothly, including the signing of the sales contracts, and he was even present during the notary.
