I walked in and Lissette and her colleague very quickly helped me find my apartment within my budget. Great communication and service (at least initially). However, when I moved out, I had to call and email them repeatedly, even to get a simple answer. They are generally still a decent agency, but it seems that once they have your money, they are very reluctant to do their work on time.

This is a great agency and Lisette made the move much smoother. Very responsive, answered all questions quickly and there was even some support with moving utilities. I am glad I found What's Next when looking for a relocation - thank you!

Expensive rent housing ...unaffordable

Getting a house in the Netherlands can be a bit difficult these days, after a few months of searching I was able to find a nice place with What's Next, Lisette is the realtor, who helps me a lot with small details before and after renting the apartment. They also help you with renting energy, water, internet, etc via their free service if you are the new tenant and even if you have doubts she is always willing to help you.
