I walked inside and Lissette and her colleague helped me find an apartment very quickly and within my budget. Great communication and service (at least at the beginning). But when I left, I had to call and e-mail them repeatedly, even for a simple answer. Overall, they are still a reputable real estate office, but it seems like they become very reluctant to do their work on time once they have your money.

This is a great agency, and Lisette made the move much smoother. She responded quickly, answered all questions promptly, and there was even some support with moving utilities. I am glad I found What's Next when I wanted to relocate - thank you!
