I advise against entering into a contract and making appointments with this real estate agency. They are unreliable, dishonest, and do not keep their word. They assured me that I could move into the apartment one day, but refused the next day and left us with a major problem. If anyone wants proof, feel free to email me.

I rented an apartment and initially they agreed to a rent of 1350 euros including furniture. When they signed the contract, it was discussed that the rent would be 1550 euros and that this included gas, electricity, and water. However, they did not provide any furniture and when we left the apartment, they charged us again for water and electricity. From day one, they have been relentless. As an expat, you should never rent from them. When I asked to have the deposit returned, they refused. I inquired with the previous tenant and they had the same experience.

We hebben het appartement een jaar gehuurd, maar na het verlaten ervan weigert hij de borg terug te betalen. We bleven hem maar vragen, en hij verzint steeds weer een of ander onzinnig excuus, zoals dat ik de gas-, elektriciteits- en waterkosten moet betalen. Ik had hem echter verteld dat dit allemaal in het huurcontract stond. Ga nooit in zee met dit verhuurbedrijf! Ik heb het van veel vrienden gehoord en de recensies op Facebook en Google gelezen. Nu pas realiseer ik me dat ik een grote fout heb gemaakt door dit appartement te huren en dat ik mijn zuurverdiende geld kwijt ben.

Dit bedrijf is gewoon oplichterij!! Vertrouw ze niet!! We huurden een appartement van ze. Het appartement had geen dubbel glas (wat beloofd was) en er waren ook problemen met de waterleiding en het binnenhouden van warmte door een slechte installatie. Toen we vertrokken, lieten we het appartement in perfecte staat achter, wat bevestigd werd door de handtekening van de makelaar op de laatste dag. Nadat we het contract hadden getekend en wachtten op de borg, begon de makelaar ons met smoesjes te vertellen waarom we ons geld niet terug zouden krijgen, en dat deed hij pas op de allerlaatste dag van de afgesproken deadline! Hij probeert ons VVE-kosten in rekening te brengen, wat wettelijk niet mag als we er niet binnen 6 maanden over zijn geïnformeerd en het stond ook niet in ons contract! Hij zei ook dat hij een deel van de borg zou terugbetalen, maar dat lukte natuurlijk niet op tijd en hij maakte minder over dan beloofd!! Ik heb spijt dat ik een appartement van hem heb gehuurd en ik raad ze ABSOLUUT NIET aan, tenzij je bereid bent om te vechten voor je geld terug.
