Besloten om meneer Boone net zo lang te laten wachten op zijn geld als ik op mijn taxatie moest wachten. Had beloofd die binnen 1 week binnen te hebben en duurde bijna een maand. Nu wordt ik natuurlijk met advocaten gedreigd. Ai ai... zeer teleurstellend.
wij hadden 2 taxaties nodig van het huidige adres tbv overbrugging en van de nieuwe woning. hebben dus 2 taxateurs gehad en kunnen dus goed vergelijken. en dan was huizelinq toch helaas de zwakste schakel. het was langzaam en werd niet goed op de hoogte gehouden. deze taxatie was nodig om een hypotheek aan te vragen en het duurde en duurde maar voor het rapport er kwam. als je dan contact zoekt krijgt je een dame aan de lijn en die zegt dan ' komt allemaal vast wel goed maak je geen zorgen' maar des ondanks heb je gewoon stress van of het allemaal wel optijd lukt. door dat de taxatie lang duurde hadden wij pas alles rond op de allerlaatste dag. en dat is niet fijn

Definitely recommended, the expertise is extremely skilled, knows all markets and therefore provides nice, relevant advice, but also tips in other areas (such as insurance, selling a house etc). Contact was always possible, they are very driven and proactively reach out to inquire whether everything is okay, if they can still be of service to you and if you are still satisfied. That drive sometimes makes it feel like 'a lot', but certainly well-intentioned.
