The broker strongly supports the seller (their client). This leads to answers to questions that do not always give a true picture of reality. That is unfortunate for an otherwise pleasant interaction.

On Funda and other portals, an inexpensive apartment was offered that was actually not available. Instead, I was offered a considerably more expensive apartment in a worse location.
