We moved into our apartment in November 2025, and during the move, it turned out there were multiple leaks in the ceiling and mold grew in the walls of our bedroom, making it uninhabitable. The real estate agent told us that this problem had already been documented in the inspection report of the previous tenant. We went ourselves, chased contractors and NMG countless times, but the problem has not yet been resolved. It is now April 2026 (6 months later) and we are still living with mold in our bedroom. Not only has it not been resolved, but we have also received no compensation, rent reduction or other adjustments while dealing with this. Then NMG had the audacity to email us that they are going to increase our rent in July 2026 - I don't even know for sure if this is legal, since our rental contract is still less than 12 months old. Do not rent from this real estate agent. They don't care about your health or well-being and are literally the worst rental company I have ever rented from. Never again.
