During the purchase process of our home, we were confronted with poor and incomplete communication about the bidding procedure, behavior that suggested a lack of knowledge of the protocols during the notarial transfer, and intimidating statements and actions when reporting a hidden defect. We experienced her attitude as lacking transparency, - customer focus and - unprofessionalism. Thanks to our own efforts and legal advice – without any help from her side – we were ultimately able to reach a settlement with the sellers themselves. This experience has damaged our trust in the real estate agency.

My friend and I both took a few hours off work to view the house. I find it terrible that as a potential buyer you are simply dismissed and don't even wait for all bids to come in. Special form of communication!! A young lady who assesses your house and casually mentions that you're 'grabbing land', without having delved into how it really is.
