helemaal tevreden. duidelijke communicatie en snelle reactie bij vragen. ook ging het process om de woning online te krijgen lekker snel. en de verkoop ook erg snel geregeld. fijne profesionele mensen ook voor de metingen en fotografie. en prijs was vergelijkbaar met de andere makelaars in omgeving. (nog wel even wachten op de daadwerkelijke opleveringsdatum.)

Wij zijn tevreden over Spitman Makelaars. Na bijna twee jaar zoeken naar een woning is het uiteindelijk gelukt, mede dankzij hun begeleiding. Ze zijn in die periode bij veel bezichtigingen mee geweest en hebben ons goed ondersteund. Wel merkten we dat je zelf actief moet blijven zoeken en initiatief moet nemen. De kosten zijn fors, maar gezien de lange begeleiding wel te verklaren. Al met al een positieve ervaring.

Contact verliep vlot en duidelijk. Henrieke was mijn contactpersoon voor zowel koop als verkoop van de woning. Zij heeft mij enorm goed en fijn geholpen. Een hele fijne makelaar. Echt aan te raden.

Persoonlijke en heel deskundige benadering. Ben Spitman legt alles goed uit, neemt je mee in zijn overwegingen en strategie en reageert snel op vragen. Ook het kantoorpersoneel reageert snel en adequaat.
