Regarding guidance etc., no comments. Given the location of the property, the photos were quite mediocre. Cluttered and not worth taking the time to tidy things up. Even the nicer photos weren't taken. In this situation, drone photos were a must. Not done, ultimately used own photos. This also indicates what kind of company took the photos.

We had to send reminders ourselves, there were spelling errors in the brochure texts and incorrect dates were communicated. The sales result was perfect so overall we are content.
