Intake was excellent, pleasant business-like. Price initially seemed a bit too high, therefore good suggestion to lower it somewhat. Guidance/contact was excellent, a little difficult for the broker, because we live at a distance (275 km).

I had a very disappointing experience with (Dijkstra) regarding the rental of a shop in Hurdegaryp. I was initially enthusiastic about the location and the possibility of opening my second salon in the area, but the lack of communication and professionalism throughout the process made it incredibly frustrating. Here is a summary of my experience: 1. *Initial contact*: I first called to inquire about the shop, and was told by the person who answered that I would be contacted by the colleague responsible for the property. Despite multiple follow-up calls over a period of several weeks, I never received a timely response. 2. *Appointment with Thomas*: After persistent attempts, I eventually met Thomas, the person responsible for the shop. During our meeting he was unsure about the rent and promised to return after consulting with the owner. I expressed interest in renting the space at a reasonable price, and Thomas said he would contact me. Unfortunately, I received no updates. 3. *Lack of communication*: For more than four weeks, I repeatedly tried to contact Thomas, but couldn't reach him. When I went to the office in person, I was told that he was unavailable. The staff seemed indifferent to the situation, and I was only told that Thomas would call me back after a manager was involved. Unfortunately, that call never came either. 4. *False promises and excuses*: Eventually, after asking a Dutch friend to call on my behalf, Thomas immediately responded and admitted that he had handled the situation poorly. He apologized for the lack of follow-up and acknowledged that I was justified in being frustrated. However, this only happened after a long period of silence and poor communication. 5. *Unprofessional management*: I also tried to escalate the matter further by speaking with a manager at the office. To my disappointment, the manager was even less helpful, dismissing my concerns and accusing me of lying about the entire situation. This has further damaged my confidence in the company. Given my experience, I cannot recommend (Dijkstra) to anyone looking for commercial property. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unhelpful staff made what should have been a simple procedure incredibly difficult and time-consuming. It's a shame, because the location could have been a great opportunity for my business, but the company’s management clearly demonstrated that they do not value their potential tenants. I hope (Dijksrta) takes this feedback seriously and improves their communication and customer service in the future.

Terrible realtor! If there was a 'young man' sign in the garden, I would quickly drive past! If you don't, I can write on a note that you will be screwed after a while because the realtor simply leaves you out in the cold and doesn't seek contact. Absolutely no professionalism. Unreliable realtor. Not even worth 1 star. We had seen a beautiful house. After (with difficulty) making an appointment, we had a viewing scheduled with Mr. Klinker. During the viewing, we received poor answers to our questions. Ultimately, we found the house so beautiful that we placed a bid. It turned out we were not the only interested parties, so there were multiple bids (a total of 4). We received a request from the realtor to submit a revised offer. This had to be sent via email to the realtor, before 12 o'clock the next day. Ultimately, our bid was just insufficient. Unfortunately.... But what astonished us, Mr. Klinker himself also placed a bid (with all insights into the bids made!!) and ultimately bid slightly more than the other bids. We will never do business with this unreliable realtor again. Also filed an official complaint to NVM.

You can expect more from a guarantee broker, as stated in their slogan. Well, they could certainly remove that from their site. Two months ago I bought a 'new' (it turns out the new house had been empty for 11 years - this wasn't mentioned during the sales conversation, it was said to be about 6 years) casco apartment in Roden. After two months of renovation, we moved in last week. Now it turns out that the central heating boiler is not working properly, I called 'GUARANTY BROKER' Jonkman (who guided us well with the purchase) about this. I was told to just send an email. I did, but to my utter astonishment, I was told to contact my own real estate agent instead. They only made an appointment with Jonkman and had nothing further to do with the sale of the apartment. I really feel cheated by this broker Jonkman and would not recommend them to anyone else.
