I would not recommend this agency. My family and I had a horrible experience buying a house from abroad. My agent had no idea about houses and did not pick up on a series of deficiencies on the house. The surveyor I hired upon their recommendation (DDKeuring) provided a technical inspection that was superficial bordering negligent. Rather than advising us on the pros and cons, we were pushed to overbid by a 10th of the asking price to get the house. No surprise we got it.. Also during the buying process that is already quite a stressful time, our agent was permanently on holidays leaving no one in charge who was bothered enough to respond to our queries.
