I had a fantastic experience with Laura and Iris. For me, it was very important that I was assigned two brokers, because there was always someone available for viewings and questions. They also responded incredibly quickly to my WhatsApp messages: usually within an hour, often within minutes. They could advise on neighborhoods, legislation, and knew what to ask during the viewings and what to look out for (for example, tips that I wouldn't think of during the viewing like 'it's a top floor with a flat roof, expect it to get really hot in the summer'). They were very quick at scheduling viewings and communicated well with the selling brokers, so I always knew what the current situation was (let’s think about this for a moment, should we consider making an offer, approximately how much). The entire process, from the beginning of the viewings to the signing of the contract, took less than two months, partly thanks to their quick response times and planning of services via their network (technical inspector, notary etc.). What really stood out was how stress-free they made the whole experience for me. The only thing I had to do myself was literally show up at the viewings and say whether the apartment suited me. One thing that really impressed me and is worth giving them credit for was the way they acted in my best interest. At one point, they advised me not to overbid hastily but instead offer the asking price, even though they knew my budget allowed for overbidding. It showed me that they truly cared about getting the best deal for me, and not just a quick deal for themselves. Ultimately, thanks to their advice, I paid significantly less than what I was prepared to offer.
