I rented a beautiful apartment with two bedrooms on De Genestetstraat, with a private roof terrace and an elevator that leads directly to my house. For only € 3200 per month. It was a fantastic home for me, I lived there for one and a half years. Nino, Mohammed and the team did a fantastic job.
I recently offered an apartment for rent through Brixt. The communication was very good and fast. Nino, my contact person, guided the viewings and compiled the contracts. Great team service
We were scammed by this real estate agency. We rented an apartment for 2700 (Lindengracht 332), which they touted as recently renovated and beautiful. In reality, this apartment was filthy and disgusting. The walls had black mold everywhere, the furniture was broken, every corner of the apartment was dirty, worn out, and disgusting. After being confronted with the problems, they started lying and blaming my relatives for 'not following the standard procedure', which was completely untrue. Ultimately, we had to hire a lawyer, but we did get our deposit back, but we were still ripped off by an extra €1350 by the greedy landlord who refused to take responsibility for his disgusting apartment.
