I rented a beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms on De Genestetstraat with a private roof terrace and an elevator that went directly to my house. Only for 3200 EUR per month. It was a great home for me, I lived there for 1.5 years. Nino, Mohammed and the team did a fantastic job.
I recently offered an apartment for rent through Brixt. The communication was very good and fast. Nino, my contact person, guided the viewings and compiled the contracts. Great team service
We were scammed by this agency. We rented an apartment for 2700 (Lindengracht 332), which they advertised as recently renovated and beautiful. In reality, this apartment was filthy and disgusting. The walls had black mold in multiple places, the furniture was broken, and every corner of the apartment was dirty, worn out, and disgusting. After confronting them about the problems, they started lying and blaming my family members for ‘not following standard procedure’, which was completely untrue. Ultimately, we had to hire a lawyer, but we were able to get our deposit back, but we were still scammed an extra € 1350,- due to the cheap landlord who refused to take responsibility for his disgusting apartment.
