No response to email and whatsapp and phone call. They will not call you, even if you have already confirmed the reservation. They are just wasting your time.

Having the house appraised by VZ Real Estate Agency. Appointment was made quickly. The appraiser seemed rather nonchalant and unenthusiastic. Finished with my apartment of 100 m² in half an hour. The price was 650 euros, which turned out to be quite high afterwards, especially when compared to another larger property I had appraised for . Speed of completion was very good. Communication was short but effective via Whatsapp. All in all reasonably satisfied, but on the pricey side.
