Having the house appraised by VZ Real Estate Agency. Appointment was made quickly. The appraiser seemed rather nonchalant and unenthusiastic. Finished with my apartment of 100 m² in half an hour. The price was 650 euros, which turned out to be quite high afterwards, especially when compared to another larger property I had appraised for . Speed of completion was very good. Communication was short but effective via Whatsapp. All in all reasonably satisfied, but on the pricey side.
