Really well assisted by Monique. She has a lot of expertise and also a good dose of realism, which is very nice when looking for a house in Amsterdam. Within 2 months we found a house, and even at a good price. Without Monique I am sure that we would have overbid too much. Recommended! Thanks for all the help.
What a Top realtor!! Very pleasant contact with this realtor. Acts quickly and adequately. Knows exactly what is important and relevant. Has also been able to accurately assess the profile of the future buyers. Can also negotiate very professionally. Despite a busy schedule, this realtor is always available for consultation. Very personal attention, quick communication and realistic about the possibilities. Very happy that I engaged you to find my first home!
With patience and a lot of expertise, I was very well helped!! Highly recommended.
Unreliable realtor. Doesn't keep appointments and 1 star is actually too much. Unfortunately, I cannot respond to the reaction of the owner below and wanted to leave it at the bad review, but the response below asks for some clarification, so here’s what happened: - Tel Krop sold a house via bidding - We had the winning bid - Written confirmation from Monique Krop. List of movable assets shared. Notary confirmed. - The notary prepared the documents for the transfer - The party that had offered less in the bidding process still wanted to offer more, while we already had confirmation of the purchase and the documents were with the notary. We were offered a compensation if we would withdraw, because we were formally the buyers. - Ultimately went with the other buyer anyway, without compensating us. Not only ethically very questionable, but also illegal. I think it speaks for itself that you should stay as far away from Monique Krop as possible.
Monique Krop, the real estate agent serving us, is a real professional. She's a master in communication, who eases your nerves at moments you need it. She takes full responsibility for all that comes along with buying a house. She understands her profession, the people in the field and her clients. Because this isn't something you do each day, it feels great to know you can let go. She's there at all the important moments, calm and confident. I wouldn't recommend anyone else! …
Everything went great! Very pleasant collaboration, good communication and very skilled. Furthermore always reachable and always thought along with us.
I have now dealt with Monique Krop of Tel Krop makelaars 3 times: 2 sales and 1 purchase. In all situations, I was very expertly assisted and advised. Quick, efficient, direct contact and personally also very pleasant. I can wholeheartedly recommend her (and her office)!
Monique was the perfect purchasing agent for us! Pleasant communication and she guided us very nicely from the moment of viewing to the final key transfer. The aftercare is also experienced as very pleasant.
We received valuable advice regarding the asking price to be set. Very good specialists were deployed for preparing the property for sale. No hassle with questions and viewings outside of office hours. And extensive aftercare after the sale. A real estate agent you can build on and trust!! Highly recommended.
Nice office to work with
We are very satisfied with the work carried out, the support, the advice and the overall assistance we received from Monique Krop of Tel Krop Makelaars. In addition to this expertise, Monique is a pleasant person to work with and she clearly knows the market very well. We certainly recommend Tel Krop.

Excellent service, friendly and professional. Quick response to questions and proactively offers ideas.
Besides concepts such as friendly, attentive, assertive, expert, I admire the way she helped me make the right decision. Moreover, I admire her perseverance.
We experienced excellent market expertise and very friendly and professional service. Recommendable without reservations.
Monique guided the entire sales process kindly and professionally. There was a lot of interest in the house, which she managed well and gave me expert advice.
With knowledge of the market and supply, this broker can flexibly respond to changing circumstances. Which means the end result is better than what you yourself can come up with.
Asking 4.000 euros because the white paint doesn't match the magnolia-colored paint underneath the holes in the photos, and then retaining the full advance payment, is the kind of shady practice that gives brokers a bad name. Avoid this at all costs.
0 stars, 1 star would be generous. Moved to a recently renovated apartment on the Eerste van der Helststraat in Amsterdam. No internet. It's the 21st century. Had to contact them to have the contractor come back to break open the walls to find and connect the cable. A good start. Then: a leak in the ceiling of the toilet. Every time I showered upstairs. I had to contact them for repair. When I dared to ask a contractor to take a look himself, I was put in my place and told that they would have to decide whether the damage was caused by them or if I had done it myself. Yes, did I flood my own ceiling?! Well, apparently they decided it was my fault, because 1.5 years later it still hasn't been repaired. Nice shower room... impractical layout. No shower door, so the water runs everywhere. The door is not painted with the correct paint, peeling off, swelling up and the wood is rotting. Contacted them. The appraiser came. Nothing more since then. What now? Oh yes, the apartment above is being renovated. After a particularly heavy rainstorm, I woke up at 5 am to see brown water steaming along the bedroom walls. I had to run like crazy to save the furniture. I informed the real estate agent, but had to call the contractor myself to have the repair done upstairs to prevent my apartment from being further destroyed. The bedroom was unusable for 3 days while I dried it out; I had to sleep on the sofa. Several emails with photos and videos sent, no response. The ceiling and walls are brown stained and look downright disgusting. The week after that, I heard a strange noise in the kitchen. Another leak from the ceiling. Enough water to fill a mop bucket. I got hold of the contractor and he repaired it. But not before my kitchen wall had become wonderfully damp. Again sent an email with photos and videos, no response. Let's not forget that the contractor doesn't lay down dust cloths or protect the space. The entire stairwell was full of cement dust and the dark blue carpet had turned white. I couldn't walk down the stairs without it staining my clothes. I emailed about this, but I did get a reply... that it would be cleaned when the work was finished. So in 4 months. Do you want us to live in this asthma-hazardous environment for 4 months?! Another real estate agent picked up the same message and sent a cleaner over (who only vacuumed the carpet; the stairwell walls are still sticky and dirty). How could I forget the poor ventilation? Every time someone cooked, smoked or even passed gas downstairs, my apartment smelled like it. Really, my friend has asthma, so the cigarette smell irritates him enormously, he chokes from it. I told them about this. They... did absolutely nothing. Well, Mr. Appraiser came by again, which led to nothing more. I had a real estate agent when I rented this property; she also tried to contact them, but was ignored. The reviews she wrote and left on Facebook and Google have been removed, which they will probably try to do in this case as well. Oh, and don't bother calling, they never pick up the phone. At this point, they are probably screening calls. During the last two leaks, they deliberately ignored me, but they managed to send me an email with a notice of a rent increase. So someone is working there! Why don't they respond? I suspect that they are obliged to inform the homeowner about such problems and the costs they incur, so it's better to ignore it and pretend the tenants are happy?! I suspect they will try to postpone repairs and do them at the same time, and that they will furnish and paint the upper floor so that the costs can be masked and included in the renovation costs. Just my suspicion. How would you call this? Mismanagement seems like an understatement. I'm living with rotting walls and mold, for goodness sake! And the rent is not cheap, let's just call it premium prices. They clearly don't care about the properties they manage or what their residents think. Amsterdam is a fast market; they can re-rent within a few hours. It’s clearly only about their money. Whatever this level of unprofessional conduct may be called, it is downright disgusting and I would strongly advise everyone to seriously consider not letting these clowns manage or rent out their property.
