Last month I sold my house in Utrecht through Gevaert Makelaars. Actually, I was surprised at how easily this went. From the beginning, I received super good guidance. Erik really has a good knowledge of the housing market and was able to advise me well. They created beautiful and professional photos for Funda, respond quickly and kindly to my questions, patiently go through the contract and all other documents with me. Income requirements for a single-earner are 50 times the gross rent price annually and 70 times for dual earners. No wonder Funda is full of available apartments from Gevaert.

My review disappeared after 2 years, so I'm posting it again. Written on October 29, 2017: They react extremely slowly if you want to rent something from them. If you want to view something for purchase, they literally call you back within an hour.
