Contacted via Marktplaats about a ship, received one response regarding a day and time for an appointment, and then they stopped reading messages. Well, in my opinion, that's not professional but amateurish and very customer-unfriendly. I will never approach this bungler again.

The website looks inviting and well-maintained, but in practice there is still some room for improvement. From very close up I experienced that Wessel is not proactive, communicates poorly (e.g., the client had to find out afterwards that someone else had already made an offer, which only became clear after the client finally called themselves after waiting a long time) and works with assumptions ('I thought you would know' yes how then, if your purchasing broker does not inform you??). Subsequently sending an invoice for ?? 1 Being present once at the appraisal and travel costs are well paid. Better informing and maintaining more frequent/faster contact with clients seems to me a learning point.
