I am interested in buying a house and already know that there is a lot of interest and that we will have to bid above asking price. To know the value of the house, I had a valuation done. The next day I was called, during which I did not have a pleasant conversation. It seemed very condescending to me. Immediately looked for someone else who would be happy to collaborate.

If you are looking for someone who is reliable, keeps their appointments and thoroughly reviews the documents before doing their work for which they are paid.... ?? then you should definitely not go with these guys! What an attitude this Mr. Ruit has. No matter how often you say you're so good at it, apparently you can't appraise.

Great help with my house.

I had a very bad experience with Arjan from De Ruit of the real estate experts. A month ago, I requested an appraisal online for my deceased sister's house. Yesterday he called me about this. When I told him that we are already in the process of selling the house, he snapped at me and was anything but polite.

I really had a superb experience with De Vastgoed Experts and gladly recommend them! I spoke to Arjan last Tuesday; he did everything possible to help me get an appraisal report as quickly as possible. Within 2 days I had a validated appraisal report, something that other appraisers could not manage despite numerous attempts. Arjan, thank you sincerely, you deserve a solid 10!!!
