Has good knowledge of the market segment but communication did not always go as desired (we noticed this both during our purchase and later during the sale via the same real estate agent). Especially when friction arises again at the end of the sales process, it leaves a nasty aftertaste instead of a positive feeling about the completion. In our opinion, the price/quality ratio is not correct.

Lack of professionalism and ethics. After a viewing and several conversations, I had agreed on everything with the real estate agency and the owner of the studio I wanted to rent. On the day I was supposed to pick up the key, while everything was ready to move in, I received an email stating that the owner had changed their mind and instead wanted a student. I understand that it may not be entirely their fault, but the way I was informed is unacceptable. Just a few hours before our meeting, with only an email and not even help offered in finding something else.

Yke managed my apartment in Emmen for me as an intermediary. Despite Keyvastgoed having to wait for their money, I always received my compensation on time.

Ended up in a house full of cans and junk. Definitely not recommended if you ask me Yke Yke Yke and the rest can go to hell.
