This broker doesn't bother to respond if you contact them via the contact form on their website. They also have properties for sale that aren't actually for sale, and suddenly verbally sold but still remain listed on the website and therefore also on funda, very strange indeed! This smells like fraud!

I found the way this broker spoke to me very unpleasant. You are supposedly called back, you hear nothing more. If you call again a day later, you've had bad luck and missed your chance. No excuse, no willingness to think along with you etc. No, very unsympathetic man. I can’t imagine it being pleasant for a selling party that things go this way either. Even if I say I am willing to make a high bid (if necessary without seeing the property), they say they will not agree to it.

An office where you as a client receive all the attention! These people stand for delivering quality. I therefore wholeheartedly recommend this office!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Rotsvast was during my search for accommodation in Leeuwarden only unhelpful, rejecting and downright rude. I was homeless for a whole MONTH desperately looking for a place. Despite visiting their office several times, they could only tell me: 'send an email'. Guess what happened after sending those emails? A generic response: 'Not suitable for you because you are a student.' What makes it even worse is that for some of the more expensive properties, you had no problem renting to students. So it's not about being a student, but about profiting from people who are desperately looking for housing. And then the cherry on top: after my friend left a one-star review, you had the audacity to call me and ask why I gave you a bad review. Here is your answer: because your service is terrible. You didn't help me when I needed it most, you made an already stressful situation even worse, and you have proven that you care more about appearances than actually helping people. Absolutely avoid this agency if you value your time, money and common sense.
