Beautiful and great services. A little background: before I engaged them, I had already been trying to find a house independently for almost half a year. Initially, I really thought it wouldn't be so bad or difficult to do it alone. But it was proven that I was wrong; the market was too competitive; the challenge is not only to find the house, but once you have found it, the bidding process is the most difficult part. I admit that it is very demoralizing to always fail after multiple bids. Fortunately, my mortgage advisor recommended WVK Makelaars b.v. Nootdorp, and I am really glad I listened. Not only that, they are very professional; they are also very systematic and organized. They send many good prospects based on your criteria: location, budget, community, type of house, etcetera. During viewings, they go with you as well, which I find very important. They work with you until the property is handed over. I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this real estate agency. The agents displayed a shocking level of unprofessionalism during our interactions. They were late for appointments and arrived unprepared and without the required documentation. The agent then spontaneously produced a handwritten document for signing, which was subsequently lost by the agent - a mistake that led to legal problems. Communication was also disappointing. Emails were randomly sent to myself or my husband, without the courtesy of using the CC function to keep both parties informed. Also, the responsible contact person was changed without any notice. Overall, the service was incredibly disorganized and frustrating. I cannot recommend this real estate agency to anyone looking for reliable and professional real estate services.
