I am very disappointed. The energy label was not identical to funda. The real estate agent almost never answers your questions. After signing the contract, the real estate agent did not show up anymore. Perhaps it is a good real estate agent for the seller. But from a buyer's perspective, it is not.

Briefly described excellent service! We had requested an appraisal online and received a quick response, and the appraisal could be scheduled in the short term. The broker/appraiser was extremely friendly and able to explain well what he was looking at and why he arrived at a certain amount. He also actively thought along with us about a sales strategy for our house while we had another selling broker. The next time I move, I would definitely choose Stenfert real estate agents because of the quick action, expert advice but also the friendliness with which we were approached.
