Recently had dealings with the 'service provision' of HA real estate agents. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied! The house that was purchased through them has many defects that were not mentioned. In addition, my house was sold through them (I received advice not to mention the negative things that ''have/have not been'' resolved, as this is discouraging, was their response). I then stated that I value honesty and would not follow this advice, however we are now left with a new house with defects and unmentioned issues (was this on their advice?). During the sale of my house, I also encountered many things. There is only one way and that is their way, furthermore they are not transparent; if you ask for insight into viewings/bids, etc., you get the answer: trust me. I am not satisfied with them and have a bad feeling about it! Next time I will definitely think twice before using their services.

The word broker not worthy. Between viewings, no breaks are scheduled. Or you just want to wait on the street. And the texts like for Hornstraat 29 Tilburg 'well-maintained house' is not true as you can already see in the photos. And 'HR glazing' is not present. And the check of energy label A is completely incorrect. Single glazed upstairs and no solar panels. In short, false pretenses.
