The Supreme Court stated in 2012 that ‘... contract fees or administrative costs are a so-called ‘unreasonable benefit’ for the landlord if the services are performed solely or primarily in the interest of the landlord, such as viewing the property, providing a rental agreement, creating an inventory list and the like...', this 'professional' realtor clearly disregards the rule of law. Don't get involved!
