Vriendelijke, persoonlijke makelaar. Laagdrempelig te bereiken, soms mogen acties iets helderder uitgesproken worden (bijvoorbeeld het plaatsen van het bord in onze tuin), maar bovenal prettige samenwerking met de verkoop van ons huis.

Het hele proces van de verkoop is uitstekend verlopen en makelaar was altijd beschikbaar voor vragen en advies.

Ze vroeg of we wel genoeg geld hadden voor een huis en hoeveel. Ik was met mijn jonge dochter, die nog geen 30 is, en ze wuifde haar meteen weg en stuurde ons door naar een hypotheekverstrekker. Ze liet me niet eens uitleggen dat we een aanzienlijk bedrag hadden, omdat we onlangs een woning in Spanje hadden verkocht. We zullen absoluut niets meer bij dit makelaarskantoor kopen.

Dingemans is a real estate agent who puts houses up for sale at prices that are far too high in the market due to scarcity in the market. I bought my house from them but paid 25,000 more than the actual market value turned out to be. My neighbor had his house for sale with Dingemans: 365,000 and got viewers but no bidders. Switched to another real estate agent: asking price 340,000 and sold within a week. My insight into Dingemans ....... tries to get the maximum for both parties but is too unrealistic and objectionable.

Slechte ervaring met deze makelaardij. Slechte service, slechte communicatie, kreeg zogenaamd de deur niet open tijdens bezichtigingen en enorme fouten met het plaatsen op funda. Of te wel ga niet met deze makelaardij in zee. Daarnaast afgesproken om alles achteraf te betalen fotografie etc helaas was dit mondeling zodoende probeert ze me nu op kosten te jagen, terwijl dat eigenlijk niet de afspraak was.
