Alles goed en naar tevredenheid. Meerdere keren Snoek als makelaar gehad, dus wist wel hoe het ging. Korte lijnen en altijd op de hoogte gehouden worden na een bezichtiging.

Wij hebben onze samenwerking met Snoek makelaars (Tristen) als zeer prettig ervaren. De communicatie verliep duidelijk en vlot, afspraken werden netjes nagekomen en wij voelden ons gedurende het gehele traject goed begeleid. Er werd met ons meegedacht en er was altijd ruimte voor vragen. Dankzij de deskundigheid en het persoonlijke contact hebben wij veel vertrouwen gehad in het proces. Kortom: zeer tevreden!

Het contact met de makelaar was uitstekend. Reageerde direct op telefonisch vragen met heldere antwoorden. Was snel met actie ondernemen. Ook snel met op de hoogte houden van nieuwe ontwikkelingen. Prijsstelling was spot on. Huis was in no time verkocht. Afhandeling was professioneel.

Alles was uitstekend geregeld . Wat ons tegen viel is dat niet alles in het pakket zit ,extra kosten foto's, energie label.

As a potential buyer, it is very difficult to get a viewing. I was not called back about this initially, as promised. Had to call again myself and then they said they were fully booked. Ultimately, through contact with the homeowners (who were very surprised by the way Snoek makelaars operates), we were still able to get an appointment that had to be rescheduled on the day of the viewing due to “an important appointment”. I was already done with this realtor and now even more so. We are letting this property pass us by with great reluctance. I would not entrust the sale of my home to this firm if I lived near Oosterwolde.

Some years ago, Snoek Makelaars helped us with the sale of our farm in Oldeberkoop. What none of the real estate agents achieved in a then very difficult market, was for this agent an exercise with success. Honest, realistic, connecting where the possibilities lay, and: everyone happy. I am still indebted to him for this review, I'm zero when it comes to digital affairs and social media, which led to postponement after postponement. But it kept haunting me; the debt I owed Snoek, namely a well-deserved (!) good review. Meanwhile, it is now a week later on Friday and we have not been called back. We had to call ourselves. A decision has been made for 2 viewing days. The first one is full and the second we cannot attend due to work. And that's what you have to deal with. A slightly customer-oriented real estate agent would, in consultation with the seller, create an extra moment for us because they have been lax themselves. The housing market is so good that they really don't care at all. Look, there will be a bad period in the housing market again sometime and then these kinds of things will not be forgotten. Absolutely not recommended. You don't want a real estate agent like that.
