Some years ago, Snoek Makelaars helped us with the sale of our farm in Oldeberkoop. What none of the real estate agents achieved in a then very difficult market, was for this agent an exercise with success. Honest, realistic, connecting where the possibilities lay, and: everyone happy. I still owe him this review, I'm zero when it comes to digital matters and social media, which is how I prefer to keep it - God preserve me! But it kept haunting me; the debt I owed Snoek, namely a rightful good review. Here issie then: Snoek delivers what others can’t, keeps his promise, and knows how to balance in everyone's favor. Nice contact with a still young real estate agent. He knew the local market and came up with a buyer who was actually looking for a different type of property but still bought my property after a viewing and good guidance.

We sold our house from a distance. Tristen has been very communicative from the beginning, allowing us space to come up with proposals, after which he indicated whether it was wise to do so or not. The result was a very quick sale where everything went perfectly. We would definitely choose this real estate agent again if we had to do it again.

As one of the first people called on Friday to view a property that wasn't even listed on Funda yet. The exact possibilities for viewing were not yet known and we would be called back on Tuesday after the long Pentecost weekend. Meanwhile, it is now a week later on Friday and we have not been called back. We had to call ourselves. A decision has been made for 2 viewing days. The first one is full and the second we cannot attend due to work. And that's what you have to deal with. A slightly customer-oriented real estate agent would, in consultation with the seller, create an extra moment for us because they have been lax themselves. The housing market is so good that they really don't care at all. Look, there will be a bad period in the housing market again sometime and then these kinds of things will not be forgotten. Absolutely not recommended. You don't want a real estate agent like that.
