You taught me how to deal with aches and pains, if the pain was a 1, 2 or 3 on a scale of 10, and the pain went away within 2 days, then there wasn't really anything wrong, an important lesson for me. We also addressed my overweight. That was naturally somewhat a tricky issue, because this tricky client had indicated in advance that body weight wasn't the first priority.
