Happy, our offer was accepted! Finally a house, mom and dad are going to live near each other again. Little girl completely overjoyed, how wonderful! 3 days after closing bids, we receive an email from Pim saying that there has been a higher bid anyway. He offers us the chance to bid again and we did so. Pim no longer responds to this on phone, voicemail and email. The same day, the house appears online as “sold subject to contract”. In 3 days you can’t get our purchase agreement sorted out, with the counter-offer within 3 hours. Dear Pim, thanks for nothing. I have to comfort my 8-year-old daughter every evening that it's not going through. Be a man and contact us. Update: 6 months later, still nothing heard. Beware, dear people.

Terrible, they don't keep appointments
Our offer was accepted, we arranged all finances with the mortgage advisor, made plans and the contract would be signed. We were called on the day we had an appointment for the signing that 'there is bad news' and 'it will unfortunately not go ahead'. A few days later it turns out that the purchase agreement has been signed by someone else without informing us about this. A higher bid was placed without us knowing and we no longer got a chance to bid over it. No clarity and transparency, but incomplete stories afterwards. There goes your dream house.

Very unprofessional corrupt realtor. They don't honor their appointments. An appointment was made to view a property. On the day of the viewing, I am told that the house has been sold. The viewing can only proceed if I were to offer more!! Well done! Bunch of idiots.
