I recently sold two homes through Bianca Kraan of Appletree Makelaardij and can't help but say that I am very satisfied with the entire sales process. I am very satisfied with the service, expertise, responsiveness, market knowledge and personal contact with Bianca and her colleagues. No 9 to 5 mentality! Especially the second home was sold extremely quickly, with attention also given to my last minute wish to sell the home this year and have it passed on...

I used this real estate agent for both the sale and purchase, and I am very satisfied: the agent responds quickly and is really there for you with advice and support, no question was too big. Beautiful photos and video, an inviting sales text (not an AI story) and always feedback after a viewing. I felt really relieved as promised. The apple pie on the transfer date was really the 🍎 apple on the 🥧 pie. Again, very much thanks girls!

Dré and his team are professionals, they know what they are doing. We are non-Dutch speaking couple and they had no issues with communicating with us in English. Communication was smooth through WhatsApp and phone-video calls. It was pleasure to have them as our buying agency.

Great realtor! Communication was excellent. We, as buyers of a house, had a very pleasant experience.

Very bad experience with this broker. Long story short. A bid was submitted via the form sent. You then do not receive confirmation that it has been received correctly. Subsequently, I received another email a week later. Asking if I wanted to make my final offer. This had to be returned within 24 hours. Anyway, the form was sent again. Again no confirmation received. A week later and still nothing heard. Decided to send an email asking what the status of the house was. And how my bid was doing. After almost two weeks still no response received. The house is meanwhile listed as sold subject to conditions on funda. Poor communication and sloppy handling.

We made use of her service as a buyer's agent for our first home. After a good, no-obligation conversation, she arranged everything from A to Z. Whenever we thought about something, she would call us or visit and explain the purchase agreement in simple terms. A message (via funda.nl) with a request for a viewing of a rental property sent - no response received. About a week later tried to reach by phone - no success, but left a voicemail. No further response. Today (another week later) called again - the female colleague could not provide information about a possible appointment and said she was 'busy with tenants'. When I asked 'with which tenants are you busy?' she could not give a clear answer. Really professional! Nice attitude, and the best service! I would definitely not recommend this *real estate agent*. A pure waste of time!
