Very bad realtor. First an appointment, and then suddenly yes, then no, then yes, then no again. Then they start talking about how children are not allowed in the rental property.
Not recommended as a tenant. They side with the landlord and communication is slow.
As a tenant, not recommended. Very poor communication and difficult to reach. Complaints are not taken seriously or addressed. The condition of the property was also very bad, which was not properly communicated at the beginning. We have to pay €1250 every month for a heavily moldy house with a sewer leak (so odor nuisance), where nothing was done about it. We are very disappointed!

We wanted to sell our apartment, Walter from 't hof came with a plan that same afternoon. This was followed by an appraisal with an excellent analysis. Within a few weeks, our apartment was listed on Funda. The sale went smoothly as well, with support from the people at the office. In the meantime, we also received guidance in purchasing our new home.

Preferably let the housing market prices rise rather than fair allocation. Even with new construction, you need them as a purchasing broker for the allocation of their own homes. Above all, look straight into the mirror; the glass will shatter on its own.
Super satisfied with the sale of my house! Last year I sold my house through real estate agency De Jong. Excellent advice and an initial meeting were had with Walter van ‘t Hoff. He gave a clear, concise explanation of which steps are taken, what the market is doing at the moment, and what he thinks the house is worth. All of this is well supported with statistics and analyses. This gives tremendous confidence in the professionalism and quality of the real estate agency. Besides the clear analysis and explanation, Walter is approachable and very friendly. All these points ensured that I chose to choose real estate agency De Jong from the other agencies. The sale of the house went quite smoothly and I received good advice along the way on how to make the house presentable for viewings etc. The viewings were well planned and I received a short summary after each viewing. Overall, I am enormously satisfied with the sale of my house and would especially like to thank Walter van ‘t Hoff and his colleagues for the quick sale of the house, good advice and customer friendliness.
