Professional and yet personal! Have nice novelties in the area of sales! Very well-maintained brochure with a selection of information for potential buyers. Even a stylist came before photos were taken, everything is thought of!!

Had a tour of a house in the reeds, the real estate agent indicated that the house had insulation in the intermediate floor but pointed to a floor slab. Also on other questions there was no proper answer. Finally, to my great surprise, she stated as we were leaving that there was already a bid for the asking price so if we wanted the house we would have to offer higher than that. I wouldn't like to be the one who placed the bid. Then you get a nice earful. I wouldn't like to do business with this party again, but you don’t choose who someone else sells their house through.
