Today I had a viewing appointment at 1:15 PM with Aelmans real estate agent fromPanningen. I was punctually on time at the house. It rained cats and dogs and it was cold. Next to the house stood a car with Belgian license plates parked. Apparently, the realtor was calling in the car. No one opened the door. After waiting for 10 minutes, I walked up to the car and pointed out that I had been standing in the rain for 10 minutes already. I received a dismissive hand gesture in return. After a total of 15 minutes watching the realtor stay in her car and continue calling, ignoring me, I reached my limit. I went back to her door again and said that I was leaving. Again, I received a dismissive gesture. From this experience, I can only conclude that this organization does not have sufficient capacity. Apparently, the realtor has no time to keep her appointments, nor does one have enough employees to relieve her by phone. I am of the opinion that they accept more assignments than they can handle.
