The contact was poor. If one of us called, the call wasn't returned or the other person was called back. Only after persistence did we manage to make contact. During the holiday period, viewings simply didn't take place for 6 weeks. Also, the real estate agent passed on untruths and/or inaccuracies to viewers, causing potential buyers to drop out. The real estate agent is a chaotic person.
