12 Oct 2025ABVO has well placed our house in the market and successfully found a suitable buyer. The expertise and experience have been very pleasing to us. Also, the commission is interesting. Moreover, ABVO has also wonderfully supported us in a very free-handed way in handling the ongoing mortgage, although we had another intermediary (another company) who made a mess of it. Appointments are kept. In short, class!!!

During the holiday period, viewings simply didn't take place for 6 weeks. Also, the real estate agent passed on untruths and/or inaccuracies to viewers, causing potential buyers to drop out. The real estate agent is a chaotic person.

29 Nov 2025Terrible real estate agent. The house went into sale due to a divorce. And without permission from both parties, the house was taken out of sale. This is not allowed! But it's still being handled by hendriks. The worst thing is that my ex didn't even take the house out of sale, but his mother! Practices that really can't be carried out here.

From the first contact, we experienced the cooperation as very pleasant. Benno is professional, clear in his communication and has taken a lot of pressure off us — something that was very valuable for us, as we as next of kin live about 150 km further away. Although the sale initially got off to a somewhat bumpy start (without this being the real estate agent's fault), we are ultimately very satisfied with the entire process. Thanks to Benno’s dedication, involvement and personal approach, everything was concluded smoothly and carefully. 06 Feb 2025What a quick sale. Top. The contact that there was is fine. What I personally find a pity is that it mostly goes through systems, app or email. I prefer warm contact. The system used to collect results and documents is almost impossible to use on mobile. Signing also goes digital so that's not a warm moment. But good work and probably really belongs to the current generation to do as much as possible digitally. I experience this same thing with the department that prepares the financing.

The initial contact was such that we had no doubts about Inge. The house appeared on her Facebook page within days. Inge Pelsers organized the entire process,… photographer… someone for the environmental label, the house was sold within a week using a very pleasant transparent bidding method. Even after the deal was finalized, communication continued in a correct and pleasant manner. Now the property has been transferred, and we wish the new, very young buyer much success and enjoyment with his new home/house. 29 May 2025Super happy with the sale of our mother's house. It took a while due to the busyness on both sides but as Inge promised: “we are here to take care of things”. Well… that worked! Besides the fact that a particularly nice couple bought our home😀 Especially for our 95-year-old mother, this is really great. She lived there for over 60 years. The interest in how our mother was doing during and after the sale was also very nice. Inge and Ron, thanks again for the superb collaboration. (I understand why you are so busy🤣)

14 Nov 2025I contacted Hermans Makelaars about a shop premises that interested me. Initially, I was asked to look up and submit various pieces of information myself, which I did neatly. In the end, I never heard from them again. No follow-up, no clarity, no professional handling. For a real estate agent who claims to find personal contact and guidance important, this was truly disappointing. As an entrepreneur, I at least expect a decent response—especially if I myself take the initiative and provide all the requested information.

14 Aug 2025We have not regretted the choice to engage Hermans Makelaars for even a moment. Hermans Makelaars in a few keywords: customer-focused, professional, good advice, a reminder when needed, attentive and empathetic. Hermans Makelaars takes an extra step when necessary and relieves stress during a hectic time when you have many balls in the air. There is clarity about the steps that will be taken and where you are at each moment. This also provides clarity as to what you still need to do yourself. If you forget something in the rush, you will receive a friendly reminder from their side to submit something. A pleasant advantage is that they also have a Hypotheekshop (Mortgage Shop) in their portfolio. This was ideal for us to have both the sale and the financial settlement of a purchase via one point of contact.
