In my original e-mail, I did not specify my financial situation, and my income is substantial, more than sufficient for the offered rental properties. This seems to me a case of prejudice and an unwarranted rejection. Can you explain to me if there is a legitimate explanation for this? I suspect that it has to do with prejudices based on my name, as I see no other reason for this rejection, especially considering the fact that the stated reason (price range) was not specified by me and I more than meet the rental prices.

27 February, the appraisal was requested for our house. It is now 9 March and the appraisal report is still not ready. The appraiser hasn't heard from him, but really not at all. You have to call him yourself otherwise he won't contact you. They expect it to be ready this week while they said last Friday that it would come on that Friday. Never again with this appraiser. He doesn't want to communicate at all, you always have to go behind him, ridiculous. You pay a fortune for it and they can't even tell you how it is while you have been waiting for a long time. A normal appraisal takes about 3 days, this is far from normal, it's really very far from normal. Never again! I really advise no one to use him.

We find that this Mr. Hans from the Town Hall does not keep any appointments. Lies and comes with promises he doesn't fulfill. Postponing... postponing. In that manner, he tries to play buyers against each other with lies to drive up prices.

Bad experience with this real estate agency. At the end of the golden times when houses sold like hotcakes, our realtor provided insufficient guidance when the market worsened. No time, very careless and poor communication. We even had to conduct viewings ourselves without the realtor. I would not recommend this real estate agency to anyone! And definitely never sign a contract with termination costs at this office. When we no longer wanted to use their services, we were ultimately forced to pay the termination costs via the dispute resolution committee, despite their terrible service. A very unpleasant experience.
