For me, they are not a reliable party and I will therefore also not have my house sold through them, which will need to happen when we eventually find an apartment ourselves. I must honestly say that due to an experience with another broker, I am increasingly inclined to sell our home ourselves via a site like Jaap.nl or Makelaarsland.nl when the time comes. I have already read and heard several very good experiences about this from colleagues, you spend much less money, admittedly also less service, but if that is not even offered in a potential purchase, I can do without it during a sale.
