The person runs like a chicken without a head chasing the runners without adding anything or indicating anything. Price technically he's nice and high at the first chat but during sales just a bit less to indicate during the sale. So it’s just deceiving someone with wide eyes, so no never again with this realtor.

Very pleasant experience with this involved real estate agent. Easy to reach, even for the smallest things. We were well helped with both searching for a new home and selling our home. We found it very pleasant that they, as a ‘local’ real estate agent in the village, have a lot of knowledge of the area. A true added value when buying and selling a property.
We recently purchased an old house with Bakker & Berkman acting as the selling real estate agent and we are very satisfied with their guidance. The team is open, down-to-earth, and always willing to help. Due to the history of the property and its zoning, we really needed their expertise, both towards the municipality and for the renovation. Deeply sad how this realtor operates. You first register for a viewing. We even have proof of that. Subsequently, you hear nothing and have to figure out yourself that there's an open house day. Not really a problem. We make an appointment to view the property on open house day. You travel all the way to Flakkee to stare at a note on the door saying the property has been sold. I call the realtor, and she said she would call me back last Monday to discuss it.........not so. It's a bunch of nonsense.
Terrible realtor, but yeah, which realtor isn't a smooth guy? Initially good contact, but the poison is in the tail. On the day of transfer, the realtor changes roles, then gets into the skin of a buyer's agent and goes through the house extremely critically to do a very detailed final inspection with the buyer, as if he’s hunting for defects, and then you suddenly stand there as the 'suspect'. That action gave a nauseating feeling. Do you pay a generous commission for that? It's a way to get new clients, since people move on average once every seven years. Easy money.
Good realtor whom we as buyers experienced during the purchase of our home. Short lines, no talk, no games or tricks with 'that there have already been 10 viewings'. Furthermore good and open communication with a win-win situation in mind. It was a pleasant way of doing business. This real estate agency is definitely recommended. Pieter, thank you very much!
