Staff very welcoming and tries to be helpful. However, SNS bank has IT challenges that are a bit troublesome. Automatic payments usually only appear when I log in via a desktop computer, not in the app or on a tablet, and are executed quite randomly, regardless of the settings, even for example two accounts I have with one mobile service provider. (This kind of thing can cause SNS customers to come across as unreliable to third parties.) I came by a few months ago to discuss this at the branch, when my scheduled payments didn't go through again, and guess what, their systems had crashed and many customers couldn’t even pay in stores at that time. Staff could do nothing either; I felt sorry for them. I then emailed about it (not to the branch staff), but got nowhere; the people who responded had no idea what I was talking about and had no IT knowledge. (I got the impression that changes were being implemented at the time - because I observed changes - and that this operation went wrong. It happens.) Previously, I strangely discovered one day that all my alerts were turned off, so I re-enabled them. I updated this today, Google, because I spoke to someone today whose automatic payment hadn’t been executed. If I edit this review, it is not intended as 'fake engagement' to harm my bank, and there is also no incentive.
