We engaged Kalmeijer Makelaars after we had scheduled a viewing. Jeroen Kalmeijer was on vacation but immediately started working for us. During his vacation, he familiarized himself with the property, made contact with the selling party, and personally viewed the property directly after his vacation. His advice regarding the bid proved to be spot on, slightly higher than the other bids with exactly the right conditions. We are impressed by the expertise, network of contacts, and decisiveness of Jeroen Kalmeijer. In addition, communicating with Kalmeijer Makelaars was always pleasant, regretful, and efficient. This gave us so much confidence that we decided to also engage Kalmeijer Makelaars for the sale of our current house.

Een ON-makelaar Vanaf de eerste minuut was al duidelijk dat deze makelaar niet professioneel handelde. Het enige dat hij deed was de deur voor ons openen. Daarna bleef hij in de kamer staan en had hij alleen aandacht voor zijn telefoon. • Er kwam geen informatie over de woning. • Er was geen rondleiding. • Er was geen antwoord op eenvoudige vragen. Op vragen als: Wat is het jaartal van de aanbouw? Wat zijn de energiekosten en het verbruik? Hier was geen parate verkoopkennis merkbaar. Wel was de toezegging dat hij de antwoorden zou opzoeken en met ons delen. Deze belofte werd niet nagekomen. Ons bod is digitaal uitgebracht én schriftelijk door de brievenbus van het kantoor gedaan. Hier is geen bevestiging over gestuurd, of enige vorm van kennisgeving van ontvangst gegeven. Communicatief is dus ook al niet een sterke kant. Telefonisch is deze makelaar niet te bereiken. Niet op het kantoor, niet op zijn mobile nummer. Ook niet tijdens kantooruren. Op de openingstijden die vermeld staan op de website kregen wij een ingesproken bericht te horen dat het kantoor gesloten is. De zeldzame keer dat hij wel te bereiken was, bleek hij ondeskundig. Hij geeft een onjuiste inschatting van roerende en onroerende zaken. De twijfelgevallen zijn niet beschreven in de NVM lijst met roerende en onroerende zaken. Hier blinkt hij uit in onvolledigheid. In het voorlopig koopcontract staat onjuiste informatie. Als dit besproken wordt, wuift hij dit weg en praat hij er overheen. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn de kadastrale grens en het bouwjaar van de woning. Als contactpersoon tussen mij en de verkopers onderneemt hij geen actie en schuift hij elke vorm van communicatie af naar de verkopende partij. Onbetrouwbaar, ondeskundig en onbereikbaar zijn zeker termen die wij bij onze aankoop ervaren hebben. Ook bij het inspectiebezoek voor de overdracht was er geen enkele aandacht voor ons. Geen felicitatie met de aankoop, geen tip om nog even te kijken naar de roerende zaken, geen feedback gevraagd over de gang van zaken. Wel dook hij direct zijn chromebook in en kregen wij informatie over zijn te behalen tweede prik tegen covid-19. Heeft hij dan helemaal niets goed gedaan? Misschien toch wel één ding. Hij heeft de bank een keer gebeld met het verzoek om te stoppen met het telkens weer veranderen van de hypothecaire voorwaarden en de hypotheek rond te maken. Dat was wel gelukt. Mijn conclusie is dat overal waar het voorvoegsel ON- voor past, dat dat van toepassing is op deze man. Naast onbetrouwbaar, ondeskundig, onvolledig, ongeïnteresseerd, onbereikbaar en non communicatief vind ik dit dus een ON-makelaar.

No action is being taken regarding the complaints procedure; it could just as well be scrapped. Unworthy of a broker. Objective and independent appraisal? Does that mean an appraiser can just say anything? You rather mean that amounts are mentioned that are irredeemable. And when we ask questions about this, they remain unanswered. A worthless appraisal for us. As a supplement: the judge agreed with us and crossed out Witzier's invoice!!!

I rented an apartment through Holland West on Verbeerkstraat for 6 months, I moved out in mid-September. The landlord is Nationale Vastgoed Groep (NVG), who represents Holland West. Almost 3 months have passed since my move and I still haven't received my deposit of over 3000 euros from NVG. They have no reason to withhold the deposit, according to the inspection report everything was in order. I strongly advise against renting through this company, as you may need to take legal action to get your deposit back. Moreover, the apartments (advertised as luxury…) on Verbeekstraat are poorly maintained, the hallway smells and is dirty, the furniture, the floor is worn out, dirty, smelly, dirty and old. The apartments look like they haven't been renovated for at least twenty years. And of course it’s not possible to view the apartment before you rent it, they send you an old low-quality video, and that's all. Walls were dirty, windows weren't cleaned once while I lived there. A dead bird lay on the roof for months. When I moved in, I had to clean for days to make it somewhat livable, and even repair things like the shower hose. That’s funny, because they deduct ‘professional’ cleaning costs of almost 300,- from the deposit – but the apartment was completely dirty.) The neighborhood is disgusting, always full of garbage. Especially for the price you pay, not worth it at all. As an extra, they wanted to deduct 30(!) euros from the deposit per non-working lamp, even if those lamps didn't work from the beginning…

My girlfriend and I rented an apartment on Verbeerkstraat via Holland West from 29/03/24 to 28/06/24. The company that manages the property is Nationale Vastgoed Groep (NVG), who represents Holland West. As of the time we are writing this, we have still not received our deposit of over 3000 euros from NVG. They have given us no reason to withhold our security deposit; on the contrary, we received an almost perfect inspection report when we moved out. If you are considering renting a room via Holland West on Verbeekstraat, you may need to take legal action to get your deposit back. Holland West does not retain your deposit, but they represent NVG who do, and if you look at the reviews below, it appears that Holland West is aware of their behavior. Holland West should not cooperate with these people, and as long as they do, they are enabling this kind of behavior at best, and in the worst case exposing vulnerable expats to a potentially unscrupulous company.

Very poor communication. We had to ask ourselves for updates regarding the sales process. No proactive attitude towards us. No noticeable or visible efforts were made to expedite the sale or make it attractive to potential buyers.
