It's a real shame that the contact disappeared while your offer was accepted, and a few days later the property appears on Funda as a new listing. It was sold subject to conditions, namely arranging an energy label which doesn't exist and the land registry information which is incorrect. And then there’s nothing more. Strange way of working and therefore no trust in this real estate agent.
