The most terrible experience I've ever had in the Netherlands since my arrival in 2021. When checking out of the rented apartment, the director of the Mauritshuis, Eric, shouted at me and stamped his feet. He also insulted my husband when he spoke to him via email. Possibly racist and sexist. Absolutely unprofessional. I would give negative stars if that were possible.

Have an appraisal carried out by Reinders. An intermediary had put forward Reinders as the appraiser. Can only say top service. Report received within 24 hours after the appraisal. A realistic report is what I can also continue with. The broker seemed expert, honest and skilled.

I once bought a house here through this real estate agent. They do what they need to do during the purchasing process, but that's all there is to say. Support from the real estate agent after the purchase of my home is, in my opinion, worthless. I wouldn't buy another property through them unfortunately.

The agent dared to ask a sharp price, and retrospectively made a good assessment. Service was always very good, and there was much, clear and proactive communication. We were assisted (free of charge) in the purchase of another property among other things, and received additional advice. Nothing was too much trouble. Where necessary, the agent also dared to say hard things. Not someone who just tells you what you want to hear. I can imagine that this could sometimes lead to a negative review if you are not used to being contradicted. I consider it added value. Highly recommended!

Unprofessionally treated during a phone call. Apparently, they don't want to go the extra mile for their selling party. Raising voices and wanting to 'put a customer in his place' instead of providing information and giving a neat explanation. Also, no one present is aware of the status of the homes. (Never called back)
