Had a good experience! When the property I was interested in unfortunately had already been rented by someone else sooner, Frank helped me by immediately suggesting other comparable properties as options, including properties that would be available soon. Due to the high demand for properties (in general), it's of course still difficult to get in between or qualify for a property, and reserving properties that will be available soon is also not possible, but Frank did look for alternatives as soon as I showed interest in a property, which I really appreciated! This also despite my income situation: instead of only looking at numbers and rejecting me because I apparently didn't meet the income requirement on paper (which other real estate agents did), he gave me a chance to explain my situation, which allowed me -- in consultation with the landlord -- to qualify for a property.

My first impression of Frank Reede was positive and he seemed professional, but when it came down to it, he showed that he stands firmly on the side of poorly performing landlords. Of course, he does – tenants leave, but landlords stay in the city. He rented out my apartment to other tenants while I was still the legal tenant (although I have since moved), even though he knew I was still the tenant and that the landlord had not agreed to move up my end date and compensate me for this period. To this day, I am still the legal tenant of that apartment, with rent paid until the end of this month, but the tenants whom Frank found are still living there. As a professional, Frank could have had a moderating, positive influence on a market with several bad landlords. Instead, he chose to handle the same ethics and practices as the worst predatory landlords.

We have enjoyed working with Frank from Next Move. Easily accessible and quick responses, a neat appearance, and a smooth handover of our rental property. In short, highly recommended.

Ik heb onlangs een appartement gehuurd via Next Move Makelaars en ik ben ontzettend tevreden over de ervaring. De makelaar, Frank, was zeer efficiënt en reageerde snel op mijn berichten en al mijn vragen. Het appartement zelf bevindt zich in een prachtig gebouw; het is modern en in perfecte staat, precies zoals beschreven. Het hele proces verliep snel, soepel en zonder problemen. Ik waardeer de uitstekende service en aandacht enorm. Als je op zoek bent naar een betrouwbaar makelaarskantoor met geweldige woningen, dan is dit echt een aanrader. Nijmegen is een lastige woningmarkt en dit kantoor verdient van mij 5 sterren! Een echte aanrader.

Bizarre! I own 2 restaurants and a roofing company. Currently renting two storage units and a separate office. Saw a business unit on Funda which is rented out via RSP. After speaking with a friendly lady, I was transferred to “someone who handles that”. When I explained why I was calling, this person said they would note my number because the person doing the viewing would call me back. Okay, fine. “What are you going to store in that business building?” I thought it was genuine interest. After explaining that it was stuff from our companies and also private belongings, they asked about our business activities. I replied that we have two restaurants and a roofing company and a separate office. “Sounds all vague” said the person from RSP. It didn’t feel right, and I thanked the man for his time and will now continue searching. It's strange to be kind of offended while genuinely interested in a building. Doesn’t feel good to do business with.

What you don't know when you take out your first mortgage. After a nice story via RSP, we took out a mortgage. Every year a check-up would take place and beautiful promises were made about expected returns. Now, 15 years later, we have never heard from RSP again after taking out our mortgage. It turned out that we had an exploitative policy with a now bankrupt mortgage provider. I must therefore unfortunately conclude afterwards that the initial advice, especially the promise to regularly perform a check-up, was inadequate and the agreements were not kept. So think carefully before letting this club advise you.

We recently rented a second office building through RSP Malelaars. RSP professionally and very personally guided us in this process. In particular, thanks to Roy van Tiel's enthusiasm and creative input, we were able to reach a solution suitable for all parties again.

Recently, our advisor Roy van Thiel from RSP Makelaars has re-let one of our warehouse halls. He managed to find a good party with whom we have been able to build a very pleasant relationship. All of this could be accomplished in a short time so that we did not experience any rental loss as a result of vacancy. Not only has a long-term, solid contract been established, but also a synergistic effect has been realized between the already present companies in this area with the new tenant.

Terrible communication with Stein Persoons from RSP. Had to call back several times for an update. Every time again those excuses about air. Been working since February to rent a shop in Tilburg. Subsequently, the property was rented to another party! Shame on you! Never RSP again for me!
