Fraudsters!!! I do not recommend this broker!!! Difficult contact!!! Schedule a meeting and they are late or don't show up at all!!! You still hear Yes, yes, yes .... And nothing changes!!! We have been deceived for more than a year. We received a document to sign which showed that we had to buy a ruin!!! We are still waiting today for the final documents!!! Liars and cheats!!! We bought another house with other brokers within a month!!! Don't waste time on this thief!!! Pay attention to comments!!! Made to seem positive by friends, office staff or family!!!

Beste Ewelina en Artur, blijkbaar zijn jullie beide nog erg teleurgesteld en gezien jullie reacties ook zeer gefrustreerd omdat jullie geen woning bij ons hebben kunnen kopen. Maar als jullie medewerkers van Ahuys makelaars bedreigen moet je begrijpen dat wij en onze opdrachtgevers geen zaken met jullie willen doen!!! Gezien jullie soort reacties is dit achteraf ook een uitstekende beslissing geweest, dat wij nooit een woning aan jullie hebben verkocht.

Bunch of amateurs. Especially a certain Peter. No backbone. This person threatens sellers with termination but doesn't follow through, fails to adhere to the conditions in the purchase agreement, deliberately withholds information from his clients, when Peter is confronted with his incompetence he starts shouting and hangs up the phone, etcetera. I genuinely feel sorry for the buyers of our house, who are his clients. In one word: unprofessional.

My advice to people who want to do business with this company; Be careful of a certain Peter. This person has absolutely no affinity for his clients and treats buyers and sellers disrespectfully. In my opinion, brokers should be 'people'-people, but this person is not at all. From the phone conversations and email contact that took place, his incompetence became apparent, and it was shown that he doesn't care about his own clients at all. In our case, he was the purchasing broker who was supposed to protect the interests of the buyers of our new house, but left these people completely in the dark regarding several matters. The most appalling thing was that he didn’t share with his clients that the purchase had been postponed by a month and left these people standing on the doorstep with their belongings on the old date.

Excellent real estate agency. Always open and honest about the market and the possibilities to sell my house. The office negotiated a good price for my property for sale, despite the moderate housing market in Rotterdam. I am a satisfied customer.
